Agencies
Run Mini Agency as a white-label workspace suite.
Agency docs are for teams that sell, operate, or manage Mini Agency sites for clients. Agency mode changes the product from a single workspace editor into a white-label workspace suite.
What agency mode adds
Agency mode gives the parent workspace control over client workspaces, white-label brand surfaces, client signup, agency plans, connected billing, domains, members, and BYOK options. The agency can build sites for clients while keeping operational boundaries clear.
Use these docs in order when setting up a new agency:
- Agency mode and workspace suite
- White-label theming
- Client signup and onboarding
- Managing client workspaces and sites
- Members, roles, and invitations
- Agency billing
- Client domains
Operating model
Think in three layers:
- Agency workspace: your team, brand, plans, billing setup, API keys, and global controls.
- Client workspace: the client's site, members, settings, domains, and content.
- Site document: the actual pages, components, CMS, media, forms, and publishing state.
Do not mix client work inside the agency workspace unless it is truly your own agency site. Keeping each client in its own workspace protects access control, billing clarity, domain ownership, and future handoff.
