Agency troubleshooting

Fix client signup, domain, and billing issues.

Agency issues usually come from the wrong workspace context, incomplete white-label setup, DNS propagation, or billing ownership confusion. Resolve them in that order.

A client cannot complete signup

Check whether the signup domain is verified, the plan is active, payment provider setup is complete, and the client email is not already tied to another account flow. If the signup page is branded but checkout fails, inspect the payment provider connection and plan mapping.

A client sees Mini Agency branding

Confirm white-label settings on the agency workspace, not the client workspace. Check logo, brand colors, email preview, and branded domain. Then retest in a private browser so cached assets do not hide the fix.

A domain points to the wrong site

First confirm the domain is attached to the correct client site in Mini Agency. Then check DNS. If the domain is attached to another Vercel or Cloudflare project, remove the conflict before retrying verification.

A team member cannot access a workspace

Confirm they accepted the invitation with the same email address, belong to the correct workspace, and have not been removed from the parent agency or client workspace. If they are agency staff working across clients, verify cross-workspace membership rules.

Billing ownership is unclear

Find the active workspace, then determine whether the agency or client owns the plan. Check connected account status, BYOK setup, and whether the action is blocked by an agency-level requirement or client-level plan limit.
